The Advanced – MIT1025/2 – Advanced 10KV Megger is brand new.
Offering CAT IV 1000V, the MIT1025/2 is compact, light 10 kV insulation resistance tester for the diagnostic testing and maintenance of high voltage electrical equipment. Enclosed in a tough case it is both smaller and lighter than its predecessor making it even easier to carry and store.
Measurement accuracy is of high importance for any insulation resistance measurement. It is particularly important to ensure that the accuracy is maintained up to higher IR values that are required by some applications. The Advanced range provides an excellent ±5% accuracy all the way up to 2 TΩ at 10,000 V. Always check that your expected range of measurements sits within the accuracy range capability of your selected instrument.
