6. Conclusion of sales and availability of stock
- Users may place orders for solutions (i.e. hardware and software items), which Tycom may accept or reject. We will attempt to maintain sufficient stock levels to cater for purchases, however, should items be out of stock, a Tycom representative will be in touch and contact the user with an expected time of arrival for particular item or stock ordered. note that if we do not have the stock as suggested we will be in touch with an expected time of arrival of the stock. If the expected delivery date does not meet with your expectations, the user may request a full refund. Refunds will only processed and paid to user/person/entity whom placed the order and where stock is not available within a reasonable period. NO PAYMENTS TO THIRD PARTIES WILL BE PROCESSED. All refunds will be subject to the submission of the requested refund documentation and these refunds will be processed within a reasonable period.In normal circumstances a sale is not subject for a refund after the user does the online purchase. It is expected that you are fully aware of what you are purchasing, and a return will not be processed due to you not understanding the technical specifications of the solution. Please contact us before you purchase if you need guidance.
- NOTE: Tycom considers the sale processed by delivering the solutions to you or allowing you to collect them at which point we consider it an agreement of sale between you and Tycom.
- Placing product in the shopping basket does not mean they are ordered.

7. Payment
- We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology.
- Payment can be made for Solutions via -1. debit card;
2. credit card: where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorisation is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorised to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website;
3. direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer: if you pay via direct bank deposit or electronic funds transfer, payment must be made within 5 (five) days of placing your order. Tycom will not accept your order if payment has not been received;
4. Instant EFT if you contact Tycom - Once you have selected your payment method (save for cash on delivery or direct bank deposit), you will be directed to a link to a secure site for payment of the applicable purchase price for the Goods.
8. Delivery of product
- Tycom offers 2 methods of delivery. You may elect delivery via:1. courier; or
2. self-collection. - Where it accepts your order, Tycom or the a Third Party Partner will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible.
- Tycom’s obligation to deliver an order to you is completed when we deliver the order to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Tycom is not responsible for any unauthorized use or loss of a product once delivered.

- We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of solutions on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatever nature on the Website we will not accept liability for any loss unless there is gross negligence on our part.
